1. About Nexaura

Nexaura is an online marketplace that enables customers to discover and purchase products and allows approved sellers to create storefronts, list products and manage orders.

Unless otherwise stated, products available through Nexaura may be offered by independent marketplace sellers. The identity of the relevant seller should be displayed on the applicable product, store or order information where available.

These Terms apply to visitors, registered customers, sellers and other users of Nexaura.

2. Using Nexaura

You may use Nexaura only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any other policies that apply to your activity on the marketplace.

You must not:

• use Nexaura for fraudulent, unlawful or misleading activity;
• attempt to interfere with the security, operation or availability of the website;
• misuse another person’s account or personal information;

4. Buying on Nexaura

5. Sellers and Marketplace Stores

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, product information, prices, inventory, shipping information and seller policies.

Sellers must:

• list only products they are authorised and permitted to sell;
• provide accurate descriptions and images;
• keep product availability reasonably up to date;
• process and dispatch accepted orders within applicable handling times;
• respond appropriately to customer and marketplace support requests;
• comply with applicable consumer, product, tax and trading requirements;
• avoid misleading, counterfeit, prohibited or infringing listings.

Nexaura may review, restrict, remove or suspend listings or seller accounts where marketplace standards or applicable rules are not met.

6. Orders & Payments

Prices and available payment methods are displayed during the purchasing process. Applicable shipping charges, taxes or other charges may also be shown before an order is completed.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers. Nexaura does not control every delay, rejection or processing decision made by a bank or payment provider.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the available original payment route where possible. Processing times can vary depending on the payment method and financial provider.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods, handling times and delivery estimates may vary by product, seller and destination.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, customs processes, weather, operational disruptions and other circumstances outside the seller’s or Nexaura’s reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers should review available tracking information and contact the seller or Nexaura Support where an order is significantly delayed or appears to have a delivery problem.

8. Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility can depend on the product, seller, reason for return, item condition and applicable consumer rights.

The Nexaura name, branding, website design, marketplace interface and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Users must not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit protected Nexaura content without appropriate permission.

Sellers remain responsible for ensuring that product images, descriptions, trademarks and other material they upload do not infringe third-party rights.

11. Marketplace Role and Liability

Nexaura provides marketplace services that help connect customers and sellers. Independent sellers remain responsible for the products they offer and for complying with applicable obligations relating to those products.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nexaura is not responsible for losses caused solely by matters outside its reasonable control, including third-party carrier delays, payment-provider outages or independent seller conduct.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
